Digital Delivery Policy

Digital Services — No Physical Shipping

Mercer and Mills provides digital professional services and intellectual property to local and international clients. No physical goods are shipped; shipping charges and physical delivery do not apply.

Delivery Method

Agreed deliverables, including video masters, PDF checklists, curriculum blueprints, and portal configurations, are delivered through private Google Drive client vaults, authenticated LMS or staging environments, or direct client dispatch links. The platform and access arrangements are confirmed for each project.

Delivery Clock and Commencement

The Turnkey Academy sprint runs for 14 business days, starting on the first business day after both verification of the 50% Milestone 1 payment and receipt of the initial client documentation or recordings. We confirm the start date and target delivery date in writing.

Architecture Blueprints have a 72-hour delivery timeframe after payment verification and receipt of the required source materials; the delivery deadline is confirmed in writing. Care-plan deliverables are scheduled within the agreed monthly billing period.

Client Dependencies and Delays

Clients must provide required content, access, and intermediate approvals. If review and approval takes more than 48 hours, the target completion date shifts day-for-day by the additional delay. We notify you of the revised schedule. Any additional scope or revision timeline is agreed in writing.

Final Asset and IP Transfer

Final video masters, agreed portal administration access, and intellectual property transfer documentation are dispatched upon settlement of the final Milestone 2 balance at completion. Account credentials are shared through the agreed secure access method. If payment or required approval is outstanding on Day 14, final transfer follows settlement and approval.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Pakistan, using Pakistan time (PKT, UTC+5).
